We have added another distinction to our list of achievements. Thanks to our super-motivated team and desire to change the city for the better, we have received a prestigious national award for the third year in a row. According to the register of "Reliable and Investment Attractive Enterprises of Ukraine" by the All-Ukrainian Industry Analytical Centre, blago is recognised as an industry leader for its significant contribution to the development of the region's economy and excellent development dynamics. In 2022, we withstood the challenges of wartime, increased the pace of construction, commissioned thousands of apartments and launched new unique real estate projects. Therefore, for us, the Company of the Year 2022 award is not just a confirmation of leadership. This award is about the ability to continue working and implementing large-scale projects even in difficult conditions, about the ability to maintain a reputation as a reliable company. We are proud of our team and achievements. We thank the Armed Forces for defence and our customers for their choice.
