Family Plaza is an example of consistent construction of a large-scale residential complex. Since the start of the project, work has not stopped in any section. And the proper provision of resources and organization of processes at construction sites provide us with the desired results. Since January 2022: Sections 1 and 2 have been completed and put into operation. The apartment owners have already started repairs and are preparing to move in. Construction of sections 3-5 is underway. The percentage of completion is growing every day and the delivery date is approaching. Construction of sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12 has begun with favorable conditions for investment. The construction of a large underground parking lot has begun and is actively underway. We continue to pursue our goal of implementing modern residential complexes for a comfortable and cozy life in the city.
