We are in a hurry to share with you positive news from the construction site on Kraikivskogo Street. Over the past few months, we have managed not only to maintain the usual pace of work, but also to achieve good results. Both the parking lot and the sections are approaching full readiness, which is so awaited by the future residents of the residential complex. Let's summarize what we have done since April this year:   Sections 1-2 Transferred to the management company.   Sections 3-4 Finishing of the entrance is completed. The lobby is being finished.   Section 5 Plastering of the staircase and garages is completed. The facade is 95% finished. Works on internal house networks (electricity supply) have been completed by 90%. The entrance is 60% finished.   Section 6 Plastering of apartments has been completed. Works on water and sewerage networks have been completed. Plastering of the staircase and garages has been completed. Facade finishing is 95% complete. Work is underway on the in-building networks (electricity supply). Finishing of the entrance has begun.   Section 7 The construction of the 10th floor has been completed. The external walls of the 7th-10th floors have been constructed. The internal walls of the 7th floor have been laid. The internal walls of the 8th and 10th floors are 95% complete. Glazing of the 5th-9th floors is completed. Glazing of the 10th floor is in progress. Finishing of the facade has begun.   Section 8 The 5th-7th floors have been completed. The construction of the 8th floor is underway. The outer walls of the 2nd-4th floors have been erected. Laying of the outer walls of the 5th floor is in progress. The internal walls of the 2nd floor are being built.   Sections 9-10 The basement and the 1st residential floor have been erected. Concreting of vertical elements of the 2nd residential floor is completed. Installation of formwork for the floor slab of the 3rd residential floor is underway.   Section 12 Commercial glazing has been completed. Works on in-house networks (electricity supply) are completed. Finishing of the entrance is 80% complete.   Installation of a playground has begun.
