And the warm spring weather only helps us in this. From month to month, the U ONE residential complex continues to grow and change. As of December 2022, it is completed:   Section 3 Completed work on pressing reinforced concrete piles. Completed work on the installation of monolithic grillage. The 1st-5th floors have been erected. Installation of vertical elements of the 6th floor is in progress. The outer walls of the 2nd floor have been erected. Laying of the outer walls of the 3rd floor and the inner walls of the 2nd floor is in progress.   Section 4 Works on pressing reinforced concrete piles have been completed. Works on the installation of monolithic grillage have been completed. The 1st floor has been erected. Installation of vertical elements of the 2nd floor is in progress.   Section 2 Construction of the section has begun. Reinforced concrete piles have been pressed in. The installation of monolithic grillage and vertical elements of the 1st floor continues.   Section 1 Construction of the section has begun. Reinforced concrete piles have been pressed by 60%.
