The blago team works continuously, and projects are implemented at a high speed. Over the past six months, we have achieved impressive results that can be tracked in the dynamics of construction. The photo shows the progress of the construction of the U ONE residential complex from February 2023:   Section 3 The 2-13th floors have been built. Laying of the outer walls of the 2-12th floors has been completed. Laying of the outer walls of the 13th floor has begun. Laying of the internal walls of the 2nd-7th floors has been completed. Glazing of the 2nd-9th floors has been completed. Plastering of staircases is in progress. Roofing has begun.   Section 4 Completed works on pressing reinforced concrete piles. The installation of monolithic grillage has been completed. Floors 1-11 have been erected. Installation of the floor slab of the 12th floor is in progress. Laying of the outer walls of the 2nd-6th floors has been completed. Laying of the outer walls of the 7th floor is in progress. Completed laying of the internal walls of the 2nd floor. Glazing of the 2nd floor is completed.   Section 2 Completed work on pressing reinforced concrete piles. The 1st-7th floors have been erected. Installation of vertical elements of the 8th floor is in progress.   Section 1 Construction of the section has begun. Reinforced concrete piles have been pressed in. Installation of monolithic grillage is 95% complete. Installation of vertical elements of the 1st floor is 80% complete. Work is underway to install external water supply and sewage networks.
