The largest residential complex in Ivano-Frankivsk will soon decorate a cozy location near the city lake with beautiful quarters. The first quarter is being actively implemented and the degree of readiness of each house is increasing from month to month. In section A1, all floors have already been erected, glazing and facade works are underway. Other construction works are also underway according to the plan. As of December 2022, it is completed:   Section A1 The masonry of the internal walls has been completed. The parapet has been built. Glazing of the 2nd-8th floors has been completed. Facade works are in progress.   Section A2 The 9th-10th floors have been erected. Concreting of vertical elements of the 11th residential floor is completed. The internal walls of the 7th-8th floors have been built. The masonry of commercial premises has been completed.   Section A3 The 4th-6th floors have been erected. Installation of vertical elements of the 7th floor is in progress. The masonry of the outer walls of the 3rd floor is completed. The laying of the internal walls of the 3rd floor has begun and continues. The masonry of commercial premises is completed.   Section A4 The ground floor has been erected. Installation of vertical elements of the commercial floor is completed. Installation of the floor slab of the 0th commercial floor has begun.   Parking lot Concreting of the floor slab of the 0th floor is completed.
