And like all our other projects, the Manhattan UP residential area continues to grow. We have envisioned 6 large neighborhoods with their own infrastructure, modern technologies, atypical architectural solutions, and urban comfort. And the first quarter of the district is already being actively implemented. Every month the sections are getting higher and you can even appreciate the views from the upper floors.   From February 2022: All floors of section A1 have been erected. The outer walls of all floors have been built, and glazing is underway. 10 floors of section A2 have been erected. Laying of external and internal walls is in progress. Construction of section A3 has begun and is actively underway. 5 floors have already been erected, and the laying of external walls is underway. Construction of section A4 has started. The construction of the underground parking lot has begun and is actively underway.   By the end of 2023, sections A1 and A2 will be put into operation and apartment owners will be able to plan their dream move.
