Where to live in Ivano-Frankivsk, or why you should invest in Pasichna

Where to live in Ivano-Frankivsk, or why you should invest in Pasichna
Pasichna is one of the largest neighborhoods in Ivano-Frankivsk. Apartments in this part of the city are less expensive, although the area's infrastructure is up to par. There are large shopping centers, shops, educational, sports and medical facilities. Therefore, you can live in Pasichna to the fullest without even leaving the center. How Pasichna came to be The popular neighborhood of Ivano-Frankivsk was formed on the territory of a former village founded in 1394. It was only in 1958, 564 years later, that it was annexed to the city. In the early 70s, the adjacent lands were actively used for the construction of a fine organic synthesis plant, which led to the simultaneous construction of housing for its employees. Thus, residential high-rise buildings gradually appeared within the village of Pasichna. And in the early 1980s, entire neighborhoods with streets began to appear here. Subsequently, a large regional hospital was built in Pasichna, which is still functioning today, shops were opened, schools and kindergartens were built. So gradually the infrastructure of the district developed, forming a large residential area. Today, Pasichna is home to a significant number of multi-storey residential buildings, small private estates and service facilities that provide a good standard of living. Attractiveness for life and business In recent years, Pasichna has changed significantly. Stylish new buildings have appeared in different parts of the district, and the district's infrastructure has developed. Manufacturing companies, retail chains and various businesses are moving here. Large developers are eagerly choosing locations for large-scale construction. The city authorities are also making a significant contribution to the reconstruction of the district. The facades of old buildings are being renovated and roads are being repaired. The construction of a second bridge is underway to relieve traffic and improve connections to other parts of the city. Local residents love their neighborhood. Tselevycha, Halytska, Pasichna streets are always crowded and noisy. There are establishments for every need: cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. People come here from all over the city to visit the largest furniture center, Mens Space. The powerful instrument-making enterprise Karpaty is also located here. One of the important advantages of the neighborhood is an extensive network of roads. Pasichna is easily accessible from the center, Kaskad, and BAM. There is a convenient exit to Kalush, Lviv, and Truskavets. There are public transport stops on every street. And on Gorbachevskoho Street there is a bus station where city and international buses stop. However, given the small size of Ivano-Frankivsk, other districts can be reached on foot or by bicycle or scooter. This is especially true on weekdays when traffic jams form. A place for harmony Pasichna is considered one of the quietest neighborhoods. Despite the dense buildings and dense population, the atmosphere of suburban life is palpable here. The Bystrytsia-Solotvynska River flows through the neighborhood and the adjacent villages of Zahvizdia, Kluziv, and Uhryniv. Residents of high-rise buildings on the outskirts have incredible views. No wonder this area is chosen by large developers for the implementation of multi-quarter residential projects. It is here that the famous Soborne Town development is located, which is an example of modern comfort-class housing. A family-type residential complex, Comfort Park, is also being actively built. The cost of apartments here at the time of writing this article is from UAH 18,100 per square meter. In terms of comfort and housing prices, Pasichna prevails among other districts of the city.
