Bricklaying of the building outwall and interior walls on the 12th floor is complete.

The parapet of the roof is bricked.

The installation of roof insulation has begun.

Glazing on the 11th floor is almost complete.

The installation of storm sewers is complete.

Installation of indoor water supply and meters is in progress. The work is 80% complete.

Works on the facade in sections have begun.
